Does Lunar Rain do custom designs?

Yes, we do custom designs for 18k gold pieces. We do not do custom designs in 14k gold or sterling silver. The delivery time for custom work is 3 to 5 months depending on if our designer needs to do a design painting and the complexity of the piece. Custom work is not returnable. Does Lunar Rain resize rings?

Sorry, we do not resize rings. Rings that have been resized by the customer are not returnable. If you need a size that is not available we can custom make it for you. Custom work is not returnable. Please email us at customerservice@lunarrain.com for more information.

Does Lunar Rain ship to PO Box addresses?

We can deliver to PO Box addresses located inside Canada and the United States. We do not deliver to PO boxes in any other countries.

What countries does Lunar Rain ship to?

We ship worldwide to all countries via DHL and Canada Post from British Columbia, Canada.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?

We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched.  Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address.

Do I have to pay customs and import charges?

If the country we are delivering to charges customs and import fees, then the customer is responsible for paying the fees. Customs and import fees are not included in the price of the jewelry.

Do I need to sign for my order?

Due to the high value of the goods that we sell, we require proof of delivery for all orders.  This means we are unable to authorize packages to be delivered without a signature.

Can jewellery be returned?

Due to the high value of our jewellery, returns or exchanges must be requested within 24 hours of receipt. You may return items within 7 days of delivery for a refund. The customer pays for return shipping with tracking. All returned pieces will be subject to a quality control inspection, and the original packaging must be intact. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the piece received is determined to be damaged. Custom made jewellery, made to order gold jewellery and resized rings are not returnable. Made to order sterling silver jewellery is returnable.

Will your sterling silver and gold vermeil jewellery oxidize?

Yes, our sterling silver and gold vermeil jewellery will oxidize over time. That is the nature of silver but you can slow down the oxidation process by storing sterling silver and gold vermeil pieces in the provided jewellery pouch and box when not wearing.

Can a piece of jewellery be reserved for a customer?

Sorry, we do not reserve pieces for customers.

Where is Lunar Rain jewellery made?

Lunar Rain jewellery is made in Canada with imported material.

Are the stones used in Lunar Rain jewellery pieces real?

Yes, we only use natural gemstones in our designs. Even though some of the agate gemstones may look like paintings, they are not man made but created by mother nature millions of years ago. The patterns are mineral inclusions that were created when the stone was forming.

Are the pearls used in the jewellery real?

Yes, we only use un-dyed, cultured saltwater and freshwater pearls.

How unique are dendritic agate gemstones?

Each dendritic agate is one of a kind. The patterns in the stones are like fingerprints. Even a matched pair of stones for earrings will not be a perfect match; there will always be pattern differences between the stones.

I saw a piece of jewellery that is no longer available on the website. Do you have more of that item?

Please email us at customerservice@lunarrain.com for more information on the item in question. We may also be able to do a custom order for you if the item is not available.

What payment methods does Lunar Rain accept?

We accept Visa Debit, Visa Credit, MasterCard, America Express, Maestro cards, Discover through Paypal.

Will I get a refund if my shipment is lost?

If your shipment has been lost, you will get a full refund. Before refunding your payment, we will do our best to locate the shipment by contacting the postal service or carrier and tracking the shipment. If your purchase was not a one of a kind piece, we can ship you a replacement if we have more of the item in stock. Occasionally, packages may be delayed by customs inspection, bad weather or pandemic reasons.
